About Us

Just an ordinary Dad of 2 living in Brighton. Well ok near Brighton. In one of the shitty bits. Documenting an every day battle with child rearing, commuting, music, politics, Brighton and Hove Albion football club and broccoli.

The 2 rugrats are Boy (now in Year One at school) and Whirlwind (training for Year One in toddler borstal). I’ll let you decide if those are their real names.

Hello – I was trying to sign up for your email subscription form but it launches a site called mammosaurus when you try and enter info into the email box. Screengrab here – http://screencast.com/t/kuWhTQJDUo I’m sure Mammosaurus is very good, but thought I’d better report it like a dutiful-but-overbearing neighbour going through your bins saying, “They’ll never take that as recycling.”

Thank you VERY much, I really appreciate it and will try and figure out what an earth has gone on (Mammasaurus is a blog I subscribe to).

Somehow the link url from the badge above the follow widget was being called. Fixed now by the slightly industrial method of removing the SatCap badge 😦

Thanks again for letting me know!

Hi there! For reasons only known, most likely to the Apple iPad team, I seem unable to write a comment to your “soiled nappy” award post. I know its an older post now, but… I have those same frustrations! Having travelled to the Excel centre in February with a 6 month old and experiancing similar issues I can both sympathise and rant about the lack of consideration or/and facilities provided for families. I wish I could say things have improved but, I think it’s just shifted… Parent and child spaces at the supermarket now seem to bear the brunt of my frustrations. ;).

Great blog – very much enjoying reading it 🙂

Thank you so much for saying so and sorry it took so long to approve your comment. Real life has got in the way for a while!
